Position: BPM (Business Process Management) Analyst

Location: Scranton, PA

Target Start Date: ASAP
Level: Senior (7 plus years)          
Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension 
 

Required Skills:

• 7 – 10 years BPM experience in a fast paced IT environment.  Experience should include designing workflows with human and automated tasks and implementing them using BPM software.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and ability to articulate in detail where skills were applied to projects
• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Business re-engineering
• Ability to ramp up quickly and begin conducting/attending working sessions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring
• Experience with vendor BPM/workflow products.  Unisys workflow experience is a plus
