Siebel Lead Developer Skills Must-Have Hands-on expertise with Siebel 8.x Configuration, Scripting, Workflows Excellent Communication Skills Able to lead a team of 4+ developers using the offshore model Good-To-Have Experience on Siebel eInsurance Experience on OBIEE, Informatica, Siebel Integration Activities Coordinate with Business owner and Analysts to get requirements clarifications Coordinate with technical team to complete, design, development and test of these requirements Work with other client teams such as Infrastructure, production support as needed Independently resolve technical issues Give direction to the technical team in case of any issues
