Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
Cisco CVP Studio Experience
Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

 

Other Skills
Application Scripting & Support
TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Voice User Interface Design
Complex Call Routing Application Design
AT&T Route IT application
Understanding of ITIL Principles (Service Management)
Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco helpful
Self-Directed
Team player
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
Willing to work on-site
