?           3+ yrs of Good Experience (Scripting, Execution, Analysis using Http, Web, Citrix protocols) in Silk Performance test tool.

?           Good understanding of performance test principles, processes and implementations

?           Good experience in Analyzing performance bottlenecks and making appropriate recommendations

?           Good communication skills.

?           Should have done at least 2 projects on Silk perf.tool.
