Position: Weblogic Production Support Engineer

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $35/hr - $37/hr C2C BEST RATE

 

 

Required Skills:

 

- 24x7 Tier 1/2 production support/Infra experience

Troubleshooting, Load Balancing, Clustering/Non Cluster , Deploying Applications, Performance Tuning and Maintenance

- Working knowledge of Weblogic, JBOSS, UNIX, and Oracle.

Create, configure and tune Weblogic domains/applications

Deployment and troubleshooting of JAR, WAR, and EAR files in domain and clustered/Non clustered environments,

Up gradation of Weblogic servers in development, testing and production environment and applying patch and service packs

Weblogic Administration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting using Admin Console and JMX.

Work on Web Security tools- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates and client authentication

Writing Scripts to handle complex automation / administration using Shell scripting

Analyzing the Log Files, Thread Dumps, JVM Dumps, Exception Stack Traces

Managing and Monitoring the JVM Performance by adjusting Weblogic heap size and garbage collection parameters

 

- Experience using monitoring tools such as Mercury, Wily Introscope, Tealeaf, and Patrol

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Development experience in the past preferred
