We are currently seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst / Developer with 12 years MIS and Object- Oriented Software Programming experience. Candidates must have years of experience detailed in required skills and this should show in your resume.  Candidates will be on client site, so should be available to conduct final interview locally in the Washington D.C. MSA area

Detailed Description:

The OCFO technology team is seeking PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer to diagnose, document, and repair ongoing issues of Individual Retirement Records (IRR) in the District's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).

 

PeopleSoft HCM is the current District wide HCM platform and provides a web-enabled, integrated platform for the Districts HR/Payroll needs.

 

The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer will develop fixes for various issues encountered by the District when processing Individual Retirement Records (IRR) for former and current District employees.

 

The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst/Developer shall have experience including (but not limited to):

•Design and implement solutions for new system features.

Analyze requirements for enhancements to PeopleSoft and propose appropriate technical design, and implement solution.

•Understanding of the IRR process (setup of IRR remarks, setup of NOA codes, IRR reportability for earnings codes, and association of Personnel Action Request (PAR) remarks with IRRs).

•Expert knowledge and understanding of viewing and maintaining employee IRR data

•Expert knowledge of IRR control information and creating IRR worksheets for current and separated employees.

•Expert knowledge of supplemental and correction IRR entries

•Expert knowledge and understanding of accumulation and adjustment of IRR fiscal data

•Understanding of United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) forms SF-2807, SF-2806, SF-2806-1, SF-3100, SF-3101 and SF-3103 IRRs

•Expert knowledge of and ability to modify PeopleSoft IRR COBOL programs, including end-of-year IRR processing COBOL programs.
