Job Description:               

Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

 

 

Knowledge/Skills: Specialized knowledge of software, documentation, utilities and program scripts, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Location: Newton, MA OR Broomfield, CO (needs to be onsite daily, at least for first couple of months)

• Facilitate, encourage, and drive quality test integration within the context of the Agile team

• Write test harnesses, facades, unit tests, test data to fulfill those goals

• Fully leverage and apply Agile/TDD/BDD, Jira Studio, and associated tools & processes
