Job description

 

Requirements

·             Experience integrating with various types of data sources (Microsoft SQL Server, Flat Files, Web Services)

•                    Possess 3+ years of ETL experience utilizing Informatica PowerCenter

•                    Extensive database experience, especially Microsoft SQL Server 2005/08

•                    Knowledge of file transfer and data exchange

•                    Working experience with XML and other B2B formats

•                    Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary

•                    Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required

•                    Ability to understand system functionality, processes, and architecture at a technical and business level

•                    Experience with Informatica B2B Data Transformation product

•                    Experience with Informatica B2B Data Exchange product (creating endpoints, partners, accounts, profiles, profile parameters, and event monitoring)

•                    Workflow Manager tool experience utilizing parameter files, setting session properties, workflow variables, and schedules

•                    Experience with PowerCenter version 9

•                    Working experience within the SaaS industry

•                    Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI industry standards

•                    Claims experience a plus but not required

•                    Working knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) a plus (Payroll, Benefits, Employee Management, etc.)

•                    Experience working with Ultimate Software's UltiPro product is a plus

•                    Comfortable with analysis and requirement gathering

•                    Detail-oriented

•                    Ability to multi-task

•                    Strong decision-making skills

•                    Ability to work with various levels of business users (technical to non-technical)

 

Education/Certification/License:

 

•                    Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

•                    Five years of work experience in integration development and/or data transfer
