Position: Sr .Net Lead

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6 months

Rate :60-65/hr ON C2C

Must Haves

SOLID principles

TDD / BDD

software patterns

IoC/ Dependency Injection

Unity OR Structure map, preferably exposure to multiple packages and tradeoffs

.NET 3.5 and/or 4.0 experience

Heavily Weighed in decision of multiple candidates

"Not green" I need someone that has failed spectacularly, can explain what they did wrong, and what they learned from it

interception

Enterprise Library Logging

Nuget package creation / maintenance

Enterprise Service Bus

experience with design of the bus, not implementation

SOA architecture

Performance Tuning and Gating

Visual Studio Tooling

Globalization (not resource files -a system of globalization through an enterprise system)

Ability to present findings with logical empirical evidence

MVC pattern , but not necessarily the ASP.NET MVC implementation

Multithreading development / debugging experience

additional experience that could be a benefit

Agile Patterns and practices

Good communication skills
