Sr. level AS/400 Developer.
Candidate will work on a team with an insurance claim processing group. The consultant selected for this engagement will work in a very large project starting in January that requires significant AS/400 changes. Client requires the following:
* Minimum 5 years of experience working on AS/400
* Extensive experience with programming in RPG2 and RPGLE
* Able to work with business independently to do system analysis
* Proven skills in problem solving and solution development
* Experience working in emulated S/36 environment and healthcare industry will be a plus.
The contractor selected will work onsite in a team of 3-4 AS/400 developers, mostly contractors. The project will be large and complicated and therefore this client needs a developer with really strong AS/400 technical skill as well as analytical skills
