Non local consultants: 1 or 2 phone interviews followed by SKYPE
Local consultants: 1 or 2 phone interviews followed by an in person interview.

Visa: L1/H1/ or local
Tenure: Long term (6 months to 12 months)

Technical:
We need to provide two Senior resource resumes for their review and the following are the skill-sets needed. Basically, this engagement needs a strong .Net developer with Coded UI / Ranorex experience. The resources will need to be able to adapt to flexible development models and frequent changes. They will also need to engage with multiple levels of leadership. They should adopt to the Agile model of development with test cases being developed in parallel to development.
1. Agile Development
2. Experience with BDD
3. .NET & C# (WPF based apps)
4. Test automation (tool strategy is yet to be finalized)
5. SpecFlow /Gherkin in Cucumber
6. Software versioning and a revision control system (SVN)
7. Continues integration tool (Team City)
8. Familiarity with BDD tools to have the requirements, development & testing conducted by modeling the processes would help.
