* Minimum 7-8 years of Oracle Applications experience specialized in Oracle Payroll

* Strong business domain knowledge in area of expertise

* Experience in user interaction and requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, validation testing in relevant modules/areas

* Good communication skills
