Looking for a very Senior Candidate

Leads the development of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions, developing data acquisition, standardization and aggregation solutions for the delivery of metrics, key performance indicators (KPI), dashboards and analytics.

 

Key to Sutter's business plan, the role of Sutter Health Information Services is to make electronic data and communications available to Sutter Health employees, providers and patients to support the health and well-being of the community, enhance patient care and safety, and improve business processes and performance. Information Services (IS) key approaches to meet these needs consist of the Applications, Telecommunications, Project Management, Web, and Technology. We continue to review IS optimization across our affiliates, regions and entire enterprise.

 

Education/Certification/Licensure:

A BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

 

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

·         Relevant work experience as typically acquired in 6 to 8 years.

·         Healthcare experience is desired.

·         Expert with presentations, word processing and spreadsheet applications, preferably Microsoft.

·         Advance experience working with Data Warehouse methodologies. 

·         Expert experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) ETL designs and development.

          Expert experience with scripting in programming languages.

·         Expert experience with data visualization concepts.

·         Advance understanding of metrics, measures and KPIs.

·         Expert SQL skills.

·         Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

·         Advanced analytical Business Intelligence design and development skills.

·         Good organization, prioritization and time-management skills.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with vendors, co-workers and users.

·         Ability to work independently and as a team member of multiple project teams.
