Position: Pega Developer
Location: NJ
Duration : Full Time (GC/Citizens only)
Desired candidate profile
Experience in design and development of BPM ( Business Process Management ) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) applications using PEGA Systems PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
• Knowledge of PEGA Workflow
• Has experience of end-to-end lifecycle in building application using PEGA that include analysis, design, development, testing, deployment / migration
• Expertise with Enterprise Java that includes
• 5+ years of experience in IT including at least 2+ years experience PEGA
• Expertise in at least one application server (JBoss | Weblogic server | WebSphere server)
• Strong experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle | DB2 | MySQL)
• Proficient in UNIX/Linux environments
• Experience in OOAD using UML & in application of design patterns will be plus
• Expertise in creating technical documents such as System Flows and Design specification
• Soft skills :
o Good communication and presentation skills
o High integrity
o Problem solving skills & learning attitude
o Team player
o Process oriented
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements, business flow and use cases and provide help in architecture decisions and also develop an Proof of Concept to prove the viability of the solution
• Create design document that include PEGA data flows and business rules
• Understand the existing PEGA application to identify new changes based on business requirements
• Develop the application in PEGA based on design documents
• Co-ordinate setting up different environments with infrastructure team
• Migrate / Deploy the code changes into the different environments
• Provide guidance to small team onsite or offshore
