· Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with Healthcare background and Project Manager background
· Must have worked as Project manager in past - client needs someone to manage a team of 10 -15 people, Organize team efforts, release of different groups.
· Manage multiple projects in team to maintain and configure, build, release tasks.
· Work with the Claims Migration development teams to define and document the requirements for deployment of the components to the pre-production and production environments
· Coordinate and verify the deployment of middleware components to the pre-production and production environments
· Manage multiple releases of overall claims migration program across all environments.
· Experience with CMM Level 5 processes and process methodologies; Knowledge of Configuration Management
· Define release management process, coordinate with various track leads
· Define entrance criteria for code drops and accept or reject code drops based upon adherence to the entrance criteria
· Communicate with legacy work-streams to facilitate the coordinated migration of legacy components that support Claims Migration
· Strong analytical and communication skills
