ITIL V3 Change and Release Management Consultant.

Bloomington, IL 12 months

 

The team will be responsible for the review, refinement and improvement of the existing Change and Release Management process

documentation and tools (procedures, guidelines, workflows, training, etc.). They will utilize ITIL v3 and industry best practices to

support the refinement and improvement of processes and documentation. They will also provide process and procedural support to

the teams which consume and utilize the Change and Release Management processes, documentation, and tools.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES NEEDED:

- Experience with the practical application of ITIL v3 processes

- Experience and expertise with ITIL v3 Change and Release Management (Service Transition) processes

- Experience developing/refining/improving ITIL processes

- Leadership experience is required for the lead/coordination role

- Ability to work overtime and offshift is required

- Ability to work 5 days a week in Bloomington, IL is required

- This person must have strong initiative, courage, and independence

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical

- Individuals in this role should enjoy interacting with others, have a passion for the practical application of ITIL best practices, and

enjoy multi-tasking and quickly adjusting to shifting priorities
