Work Location: Washington , DC

Job Description: Performs all program management, quality assurance, and supervision activities. Has a technical understanding of the entire Exchange / AD and support solution. Has the ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Understands the scope, budget, schedule, and resources. The goal of the PM is to deliver proactive services and support within the approved budget and schedule and in accordance with best industry practices. Project management is not expected to be a full-time job so the PM is expected to be a knowledgeable technical resource as well who can oversee and participate in technical design, troubleshooting and operational matters.
Qualifications: a. Familiar with financial/business management and reporting
b. Ability to effectively lead and supervise technical personnel
c. Current Microsoft MCSE or above certification
d. Able to apply quality control, configuration management principles, and best practices
e. Capable of reviewing and editing documentation submitted from team members
f. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows server 2008
g. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange including Exchange 2010
h. Familiarity with Exchange 2007
i. Excellent oral and written communication skills
j. Project Management certification is preferred
k. Solid organizational, communication, and client consulting skills
l. ITIL experience / Foundation certification preferred
