Test lead/Test Manager
Work Location : Torrance, CA.
Duration : 6 Months+ Contract
Rate : Market

Responsibilities:

1. To perform Test lead role and show managerial skills in managing the test requirements and coming up with a test strategy, plan and test schedule.
2. Serve as the interface between the Business users, Product vendor and IT Vertical teams to understand test requirements, designs and constraints.
3. Work closely with TMS/USA Business and IT groups, and project teams to identify high level test scenarios.
4. Test cases preparation and test execution if required.

Skills:

1. 6 to 9 years experience in software testing and thorough understanding of software testing methodologies/techniques and expertise in test strategy/planning.
2. Must have strong communication skill.
3. Must have Integration testing experience working in matrix organization with various interfaces/partners.
4. Must have experience in web services testing and file interfaces (back office testing).
5. Experience in leading/managing a team.
