ETL Specialist with Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange Development skills.
Complete Description:
A mid to senior-level Informatica ETL developer who has full knowledge of all phases of application analysis, design, development and testing. In depth knowledge of the Informatica development environment and methodologies is needed. The position requires strong technical and communication skills as well as the ability to proactively research technical and business related questions. Performs technical program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
Responsibilities will include system configuration and application development for Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange (SalesForce CRM). Will be required to have skills to develop PowerCenter solutions that include (but not limited to) web service consumers and providers, as well as XML based data feeds. Must be able to work with external WSDL specifications to develop end-to-end data integration solutions. Will be required to undestand existing ETL environment, translate requirements into code and plan tasks to meet those requirements. Will be required to have working knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, 9, PowerExhange for Salesforce, DB2, Web Services, and XML.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in quantitative area (Computer Science, MIS or related)
* 5+ yrs of experience with strong technical and communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Technical expertise in development for Informatica PowerCenter, Web Services for Informatica PowerCenter, PowerCenter Web Services Hub, PowerExchange for Salesforce CRM, XML based web service providers and consumers for Informatica PowerCenter
* Exellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrate ability to analyze technical information and requirements to design and develop robust solutions
* SalesForce.com development experience a plus
