Job Title: Oracle PL/Sql Developer
Location: Houston, TX (Only Locals will be considered)
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate: $45/hr
Skills:
* Very strong skills around Oracle PL/SQL development.
* Design and development Oracle packages, procedures, programming and data structures.
* Ability to understand complex business rules and translate into system design
* Should have hands on experience in performance tuning.
* Should also have good design and problem solving skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Perform trouble-shooting and develop/implement fixes and other technical improvements.
* Provide query tuning solutions to stuck query production issues.
* Should know basic UNIX scripting
* Experience using database utilities (SQL*Loader & Data Pump) is a plus
* Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer science or related discipline
* 7 -9 years of hands on software development experience in the above mentioned technologies
* Ability to quickly learn new product or skill
* Working experience in Banking and Finance Industry is preferred
