Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 4 Months+

Skills:

·         Expertise with ITIL and assisting business areas to transition to services organizations

·         Demonstrated experience in Service strategy including Service portfolio management and business relationship management

·         Ability to develop service catalog and KPIs associated with each service

·         Assess the service provider's offerings, capabilities, competitors as well as current and potential market spaces in order to develop a strategy to serve customers.

·         Experience in identifying the needs of existing and potential customers to ensure that appropriate services are developed to meet those needs.

·         Experience with organization design using service management construct

·         Ability to implement customer survey's and feedback loop so customers can provide input on the services offered by the service provider
