· Minimum 10 years experience in designing/architecting SAP HCM solutions

· Experience in ECC 6.0 EHP5
· Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written)
· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good leadership skills required to motive, coach and lead teams

· Excellent communication skills, the ability to ensure timelines are being met, and issues are being addressed and resolved
