Position:                LoadRunner Integration Expert
Rate:                         BEST RATE is $50 hr c2c

Must haves:
4+ years of experience in using LoadRunner (must be proficient in all features)
Expertise in implementing performance validation and optimization solutions utilizing HP LoadRunner
Experience with a variety of LoadRunner protocols for Citrix, AJAX, web-services
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
In-depth knowledge of Performance Testing practices (load testing, stress testing, volume testing, etc).
Ability to create test scenarios and test scripts without assistance
Ability to fully describe the components of the testing tool
Ability to execute a pre-test checklist to make sure the environment is ready for a test
Ability to run the metrics monitoring software and verify all the proper metrics have been captured
