Position: Web Developer

Contract:6-12 months(Green Card /US Citizens only)

Location: Foster City(CA)

 

Successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Web development practices and concepts. The candidate must possess the ability to perform hands-on coding and understand architecture of web applications.

Responsibilities:

.           Support Intranet and Extranet development and product maturity

.           Develop and support internal and external web based initiatives

.           Develop, test, and deploy new web based technologies

.           Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel

.           Convert business requirements into  technical specifications

.           Ensure that all requests are completed on time and manage client*s

expectations.

.           Develop Proof of Concepts to validate new Web based solutions.

.           Work with and support editors in the use of the Content Management

System (CMS)

Required Skills:

.           Experience with various web services including but not limited to:

Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence

.           Experience in HTML, XML, XLST, .NET, PHP, CSS, JQuery and

Javascript.

.           Experience addressing Internet Explorer and other browser issues in

CSS.

.           Familiarity with both Windows and UNIX environments.

.           Experience with database and web application integration a plus

(Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

.           B.S. degree in technology or 6+ years related experience
