• Familiarity working with HP Openview Service Center or equivalent incident or call management system
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or SLM methodologies

• Strong communication skills with IT groups/members and project managers

• Strong troubleshooting skills on Symantec Enterprise Vault
• Strong skills with Email Archive reporting tools
• Strong skills with performance analysis of Email Archive systems
