·         specifications are pretty much established and candidates are expected to collaborate with design & development process and decision making capabilities

·         there are standards to follow that are applied

·         developers test their own code—unit testing and QA team that does it from a user perspective

·         .NET (C#--must be web; not just reporting or application oriented)

·         Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

·         SQL

·         OO Language (Java, C, C++, PHP)

·         ASP.NET
