IT Security Support Specialist (SiteMinder or any other SSO products OR experience on IDM products (Preferably Sun IdM/Oracle Waveset) OR LDAP)
Work Location : Hartford, CT
Duration : 12 Months+ Contract
Rate : Market
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Expedite Single Sign On, LDAP & Identity Management issues.
Ø Communication with end user. Understanding the problem.
Ø Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
Ø Prepare technical documentation, as well as root cause analysis reports.
Ø Prepare and deliver regular Timesheet, status reports, updates and communication to the client and SDG management.
Ø Be a proactive member of the on-call team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ø 5+ years of experience on any one of the following:
o SiteMinder or any other SSO products
OR
o Experience on Identity Management products (Preferably Sun IdM/Oracle Waveset)
OR
o LDAP
Ø Administration, trouble-shooting and scripting for Unix/Solaris/Linux operating environments.
Ø Experience in any product installation, configuration.
Ø Good troubleshooting skills.
Ø Candidates should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Ø Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory.
Ø Knowledge of CA SiteMinder or any other SSO product.
Ø Knowledge of any Identity Management Product.
Ø Knowledge of Webserver technologies – Microsoft IIS, SunOne, Apache-AnyOne
Ø Knowledge of Application Servers – Websphere and Weblogic
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Other Requirements: Due to export control requirements, applicants must be a United States citizen.
