Sr. Developer - IDM and Security (IDM experience on Sun or Oracle platform + LDAP + J2EE Technologies)
Work Location : New York City, NY
Duration : 12 Months+ Contract

Skills / Qualifications
• Provide technical guidance and work with end client to assist in the design, development and implementation of information protection architecture projects in complex and multi-faceted
networked environments.
• Identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for our clients' business/technology goals.
• Gather information and work with project manager and team to ensure quality deliverables including technical content of specifications, project scope, etc.
• 4-6 years' experience in software development in security domain.
• 3-4 years system security and identity management experience in the following areas:
o Sun identity manager and J2EE technologies
o Oracle identity manager and
o LDAP directory server
• Must understand the overall system lifecycle and understand how to drive a project to successful completion.
• Must fundamentally understand how to discern business requirements and meet these requirements.
• Must understand a structured development
• Ability facilitating and making architectural decisions and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Extensive experience in global team coordination, as well as experience mentoring less experience technical staff.
• Ability to communication effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and management.
• Must be a team player.
Tools and Technologies Required: Java, J2EE, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle 10g, Sun Identity Manager, LDAP directory server, SOAP, SQL Server 2000 and MySQL, LDAP, XML, Tomcat, UI, Weblogic, Windows XP
Breakdown of Responsibilities (%):
• Use specialized knowledge of the client environment and companies products – 40 %
• Train others (employees and clients) – 20 %
• Create timelines to meet client deliverables – 20 %
• Data analysis provided by clients and project team – 10 %
• Coordinate with foreign company – 10 %
Education Requirement: Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
