Job Description:
The SalesForce Developer / Tech Lead is responsible for being the primary subject matter expert for delivering and supporting SalesForce solutions for the enterprise. They are responsible for leading the development team in delivering functionality through an Agile delivery methodology; for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that meet user requirements by utilizing the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, etc); and for leading on-site and outsourced developers in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities include:
· Primary subject matter expert for development and support of SalesForce solutions
· Provide technology and delivery oversight for team of on-site and outsourced developers
· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including SalesForce interactions with other Enterprise solutions
· Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an Agile delivery model
· Provide daily support of SalesForce implementation

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
· 7+ years of Oracle DBA experience on Unix environment
· Strong Experience with Oracle ASM storage and Oracle RAC
· Experience with SQL coding and tuning
· Experience with Oracle11g, Oracle RAC, Oracle Grid, RMAN and Unix shell scripting
· Must be hands-on, technically adept DBA, capable of performing required DB tasks.
· Deep knowledge with Oracle 11g databases, strong RAC/clustering experience, RMAN, and Data Guard experience required.
· Must demonstrate proficiency to administer Oracle databases running in AIX
· Strong troubleshooting/performance tuning skills required. Must be able improve SQL performance.

· Ability to implement automation to reduce manual administrative tasks through use of jobs, shell scripts, PL/SQL, cron, or other techniques.
