Location: Philadelphia, PA

Sr. Business Analyst  -  Workforce Management Specialist  w/

-              CTI

-              Avaya

-              Integrated Desktop Technologies.

-              Customer Service Call Support Technologies.

 

Years of Experience: 8+yrs (Minimally) to over 10+ (Ideally)

 

Technical Analysis Skills:

-              Strong knowledge of BA best practices (see BABOK)

-              Demonstrated use of BABOK's Six Areas of Knowledge

-              Use of and experienced with structured requirements documentation

-              Strong knowledge and experience with Use Cases (Diagram and Narrative)

-              Experienced with Business Process  improvement concepts

-              Demonstrated use of UML, Context diagrams, Swim Lane diagrams, Data Flow (DFD) diagrams…etc.

-              Able to execute the project plan for those areas of the SDLC that span from Planning to Testing. 

Analysis and PM Skills

-              Assists in managing large scale projects

-              Leads appropriate resources and determines project requirements and deliverables, to ensure successful implementations to meet user needs.

-              Able to execute the project plan for those areas of the SDLC that span from Planning through Testing

-              Communicates business or process solutions, recommendations and issues to management on a regular basis

-              Demonstrates a clear understanding of project goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities

-              IBM Rational Rose

-              Requisite Pro

-              Blueprint

-              iRise

-              Visio, MS Project, Excel, Word

Technical and Operating Environment Skills

-              CTI

-              Avaya

-              Integrated Desktop Technologies.

-              Customer Service Call Support Technologies.

Education

-              Minimum Four-year degree in Information Systems or related work experience

-              Minimum Five years of progressive experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmacy  business environment with process re-engineering concentration and/or project management

-              Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Required / Desired Skills:

Highly desired
