Our client is looking for a candidate to come in and help with some testing on the new CRM for the commercial side of the business. They will be working in a very aggressive environment with a ton of deadlines to develop this CRM to complete the upgrade. They will be developing testing plans, and they need to understand both business requirements and technical requirements to build test cases. They should have query skill, and need to have experience with landlines.
Must Have Skill
1. Manual Testing (5+ yrs) - Candidate should have 5+ years in a testing environment within the telecommunications industry using landlines.
2. Testing CRM Applications within Telecomm - Candidate should understanding CRM within any tool. Sterling/SFDC are the most desired. Candidate should also have QC experience or any sort of testing tool.
3. SQL - Candidate should understand how to write queries within SQL.
