Position: Business Analyst with Online Collaboration

Location: Bloomington IL

Duration: 6 months

 

MUST have experience with online collaboration projects involving one or more of chat, email, video and/or whiteboard

Must be able to analyze documented business requirements and identify process gaps

Prefer experience working with salesforce.com and/or eGain

 

Additional Qualifications:

1. Business Experience: Business Process Management

2. Business Experience: Corporate Contact Center Consulting Services (contact center knowledge)

3. Systems Experience: Collaborative Technologies

4. Business Experience: Digital Media & Audio/Video Expertise

5. Business Experience: Unified Communications

 

General Skills:

Strong written and oral communications,

Self-starter,

Able to build relationships within all levels of the organization,

Experience in a mid to large organization where business requirements will be gathered from multiple sources.

Experience working with business partners to identify how to leverage online collaboration into business flow, chat, email, video, whiteboard
