Senior Test Automation Engineer
Location: SFO, California
Position Type : Full Time
Salary : Market

Note : Candidate should have good in-depth experience in Automation Framework

    Candidate should have strong leadership skills and test delivery skills (minimum of 7 yrs experience)
    Candidate should have excellent communication, be collaborative, supportive, process driven and handle all tasks independently
    Candidate should have good assessment, documentation and reporting skills and ability to work on different testing roles
    Candidate should have strong test practice skills from Requirements to Delivery Signoff.
    Candidate should have good automation framework knowledge
    Candidate has to have excellent communication, be collaborative and supportive and handle all tasks independently
    Candidate has to have good lead experience and experience in manual testing as well
    Candidate should have strong technical expertise on automation skills and tools (minimum of 2 yrs of automation skill)
    Candidate should have experience on testing methodologies, principles and process
    Candidate is expected to identify process gaps and propose testing recommendations.

QA Lead
Location: SFO, California
Position Type : Full Time
Salary : Market

Required Skills and Experience:

-       At least 8 years' experience in quality assurance.
-       At least 5+ years of Web Application Testing experience in Cross Bowser/Platform testing
-       5+ years' experience in functional and System Integration testing.
-       5+ years' experience working with Users and supporting UAT testing.
-       5+ years' experience in translating requirement into detailed test plans and test cases.
-       3+ years of Banking Application experience in Electronic Transactions, ACH, Wire Transfer etc.
-       Ability to utilize standardized testing methods, tools and procedures are used to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive.
-       Ability to work on multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
-       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and outstanding attention to detail.
-       Working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, MS SharePoint and Microsoft TFS is highly desired.
-       Certification(s) in testing is a PLUS

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-       Review project documents and artifacts, and translate them into test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
-       Perform requirement review and ambiguity review and build Requirement Traceability Matrix.
-       Design, develop and execute test scenarios and test cases, manage issues and provide recommendations on workarounds and solutions.
-       Manage issues, assesses defect severity, recommend on work-around and manage triage calls.
-       Coordinate with Software Development and Project team to help resolve issues as needed.
-       Confirm/Verify fixed defects in software builds of the products as assigned by the Development team.
-       Maintain and enhance test scenarios and test cases to reflect scope changes and inform Sr. Engineer/Lead on progress and results.     

Provide Weekly Status for projects and ensure that QA Engineers adheres to defined QA process and templates
