POSITION 1 : LMS (Learning Management System) Admin
LOCATION : Wood Cliff Lake NJ
DURATION : 6+ months (possible extension)
RATE : $60/Hr.
Required Skills:
· Need technical knowledge on Plateau LMS administration
· Ideally 7+ years of hands-on experience, not just management
· This position is responsible for supporting various administrative functions associated with the Plateau 1207 Learning Management System (LMS)
· Address the Helpdesk tickets sent by the LMS IT team
· Co-ordinate with the Business group and identify their issues and provide solution for their Learning needs
· Need to Publish reports from the LMS reports section on need basis
· Assist the Site administrators on LMS administrative functions
Desired Skills:
· Ideal if he/she carries experience working in a Pharma organization
· Regulatory compliance knowledge
POSITION 2 : LMS (Learning Management System) BA
LOCATION : San Francisco, CA
DURATION : 12 months
RATE : $65/Hr.
Must Have Skills:
· Experience in designing, developing and implementing automation solution to deliver business value and realization of education business strategies across different lines of business
· 8+ years of experience leading an LMS implementation – preferably SABA, Plateau or another SCORM AICC compliant Learning Management System for a complex, global corporation.
· Understanding and hands on experience with the implementing solutions for:
· Learning Management: LCMS Content Management, Learning Commerce, Development planning, Session and resource management, Evaluation/Assessments, Skills and competency management, Content/course delivery and tracking, Certification management, Blended learning, Registration and training history, Curriculum management, Learning paths, Localization/ Internationalization.
· Performance Management: Goals & Objectives, Performance Reviews, Succession Management, Workforce Planning, Impressions, Compensation
· Collaboration: Enterprise Business Networking, Web Conferencing
· Talent Management: Leadership Development, Extended People Chain, Pay-for-Performance, Workforce Planning and Development
· Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver learning management capabilities
· Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools to meet business objectives and deliver business value
· Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions. Partner with multiple cross-departmental LMS stakeholders and experience with managing conflicting priorities based on business needs.
