long term opportunity Solution Architect SAP Supply Chain Execution we need some who can Designs, implements and manages execution of configuration and deployments of SAP projects. Major involvement in pre-sales/sales support, and managing offshore development teams as Solution Architect.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Constant update of "leading edge" application skills
· Domain specialist in multiple functional areas
· Understand client needs, design solution, and prepare Statement of Work
· Accountability for team compliance of internal and customer specific project methodologies
· Client interaction during entire project lifecycle – client satisfaction role, issue resolution
· Conceptualize required business process and technology solutions
· Removes obstacles that the team is unable to resolve
· Builds a relationship with clients that is grounded in trust
· Responsible for client satisfaction
· Responsible for team and employee satisfaction
· Keeps the team's vision and focus on engagement success criteria
· Major commitment to mentoring role for subordinates
· Publish at least one article in a year
· Present at least one SAP conference and one industry conference
Requirements
· Proven experience in performing Supply Chain business functional requirement assessments and map to a technical implementation plan
· Expertise in underlying application technology
· Strong understanding of APO, including multiple full cycle implementations of SAP-ECC supply chain solutions business processes
· Specialized domain knowledge across functional areas of APO - DP, SNP, SNC, GATP and working knowledge of PPDS is preferred
· Client engagement capabilities
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Certification in area of focus
· 10+ years of experience
