Position: Websphere Administrator / Verizon Wireless
Contract: 12 months, probable extensions

Must-haves
5+ year websphere administration with 1-2 year experience HANDS ON with one of the three (Datapower Admin or MQ Admin or Excellent Hands on experience with Jython Scripting as a websphere admin)
Must have unix background
Must have jython or perl scripting
Good communication required
Bachelors degree required
Local candidates Preferred
Day-to-Day
This person will be working with the middleware/ infrastructure team as an admin for 150 servers, and the team supports Internet applications. They will be doing day to day administration tasks such as performance tuning and troubleshooting. They will also be leading discussions with the network teams so communication is important.
