Position: Siebel Administrator
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Length: 3-6 months
Responsibilities:
o Install gold and development environments
o Provide installation documentation
§ Oracle standard documentation
§ Installation procedures with information for client specific environment
o Certify environment installations
o Work with application team to validate installation. Correct any identified issues.
o Confirm patch level compatibilities with other modules to be installed.
o Teach client system administrators installation process
o Provide daily environment maintenance support for project development team
Applications:
· Oracle Customer Hub B2C
o Siebel Universal Customer Master B2C and
o Oracle Customer Data Hub
o Oracle Data Quality
o Oracle Siebel Marketing
o Oracle Siebel Marketing Analytics
o Oracle Siebel Loyalty
Other callouts:
o Installation will take place on Exadata and Exalogic hardware platforms
o If necessary, will consider multiple contractors to cover skillsets for the various modules
