-          Experience in WebSphere Application Server administration serving complex, high activity, UNIX based business environments.

-          Candidate must exhibit a thorough understanding of WebSphere Network Deployment (ND) architecture and administration.

-          Experience with service delivery policies & procedures and full J2EE life-cycle processes are essential.

-          Knowledge and adherence to best practice service guidelines are essential.

-          Responsibilities also include WebSphere installations, upgrades and patches, application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
