Job title: Sr. Pega Developer

Location: Columbus, OH 

Job Description:

Role:  Pega Senior (LSA or CSSA)

Required Technical Skill Set: LSA or CSSA in v6.x Good knowledge of PRPC, Good knowledge in integration process , deployment process,  designing and implementing flows and portals, activities, decision and declarative rules, correspondence, SLA's and reports.

Desired Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years

Location of Requirement:  Columbus, OH

 

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	LSA or CSSA in v6.x (Mandatory) 1.        Little bit experience in Core JAVA
Good-to-Have	1.        Little bit experience in HTML and java script 2.        Communication,  Experience in PEGA Smart Dispute.

 

Responsibility

i.        Good knowledge in Pega implementation cycle like Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC componenets. ii.        Good knowledge in developing and managing Workflows, Class structures design, developing User Interface(UI), iii.        Good knowledge on Integration of PRPC with external interfaces. iv.        Should be having knowledge on Java, Database Queries. v.        Good in migration of PRPC applications from one region to other region. vi.        Able to analyze the issue in Production and fix the issue. vii.        Manages technology deliverables and coordinates work with onshore / offshore development resources viii.        Works with Pega Lead System Architect on requirements, workflow design and other technology decisions ix.        Supports code reviews of all developed modules to ensure developed rules follow PRPC best practices and guardrails x.        Provide input to the development Project Plan.  Ensures development milestones and delivery dates are met. xi.        Supports development team on technical troubleshooting and technology decisions within the Pega Systems application development guidelines
