1. Strong SOA Concepts
- Capable of identifying reusable services and provide best solution approach
- Capable of working as a single point of contact for whole integration team
- Capable of versioning of services, migration of services
- Strong knowledge in SDLC flow in SOA Based environment

2. Strong in Composite Development (BPEL)
- Good Working knowledge on various adapters like Oracle Apps Adapter, DB Adapter, etc
- Good working knowledge of creating JNDI, Scheduling, Polling, etc
- Good working knowledge of SCA, mediators, XSD, etc
- Capable of fault handling, Timeout handling, fault recovery

3. ODI Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge in Interfaces, Procedures, Scenarios, etc
- Strong working knowledge in Joins, Filters, mappings, etc
- Strong working knowledge in Topology, Adapters, etc
- Strong working knowledge in knowledge module development, reusable
- Basic idea on ODI Administration, Data Quality tools, etc
