Quality Assurance Programmer

* Design, create, and modify regression tests * Create test plans and test cases; debug test cases at the source level * Identify, isolate, verify, investigate, and prioritize bugs * Communicate with the development team in order to resolve issues * Design and develop automated regression test tools and framework

* Bachelors in computer science or related field, depending upon position level * Knowledge of and experience implementing software testing principles * An understanding of how testing fits into the software development life cycle * Experience with Microsoft products including Windows 2000, XP, and the suite of Microsoft Office products * Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach * Strong verbal and written communication skills * A keen attention to detail and drive to resolve any issues encountered

* Programming abilities to develop test programs and scripts * GIS knowledge * A passion for quality
