Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
-Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience within Information Technology industry
-Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP.
Necessary Skills :
•Demonstrated excellence in Design and implementation of user administration solutions for new applications and transition of process to appropriate administration teams
•Perform advisory role to address issues in configuring and/or supporting the implementation of security controls within an SAP environment
• Understanding of SOX, audit and segregation of duties issues, and role remediation
•Assisting in the definition and implementation of new or enhanced  Security processes
•Manage SAP Security for development, quality assurance, sandbox, training, and production systems
•Hands on experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules (SPM, CUP and RA&R)
•Effective communication skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, teaming skills and organizational skills.
•Consultative approach and proven ability to be a change agent
Desired Skills
•Experience in diverse system and application design in large heterogeneous enterprise environments
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
•SPOC for all issues / escalations related to SAP security
•Leverage the SAP product knowledge and  expertise in architecting SAP custom solutions to lead envisioning, Security design discussions.
•Facilitating key decisions regarding Security standards within SAP
•Creation and management of various security governance processes and creation of procedures within the organization.
