All are important but the ability to build custom web parts is a must.

Do you have experience with: Custom Branding BCS Reporting Excel Services Performance Point Dashboards/KPIs Content Management/Managed Metadata Project Server Mentor

Experience using SharePoint 2007
Experience using SharePoint 2010
Understanding of the inner workings of SharePoint
Knowledge of "out of the box" SharePoint (lists, libraries, views, sites, permissions, search, etc.)
Development and deployment of custom web parts
Knowledge of master pages and page layouts
Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript and jQuery
Experience in the installation of SharePoint
Experience in migration of SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010
Experience with InfoPath
Experience with workflows
Experience using SharePoint 2010
Understanding of the inner workings of SharePoint
