Job Description for Service-Now-
Project is to develop common ITIL Business Processes and deliver a single IT platform that meets Business requirements, with minimal risk & disturbance and provide opportunities to be more simple, standard and supportive out of the box model by using Service-now tool. The idea, therefore, was to implement a fully integrated ITIL Process Solution for J&J IT Services based in Service-Now.com and need following skill set to configure solution in Service-Now.
1. ITIL V2/V3 Certification
2. Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Programmer/Analyst.
3. Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
4. Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
5. Experience in Service-Now Programing and Analysis:
a. Ability to Glide Record
b. Accessing user Information
c. System Security
d. Client Scripting & UI policies
e. Graphical Workflow
f. Service Catalog & Catalog Scripting
g. Reference Qualifiers & Dependent Fields
h. Table & Field Manipulation
i. Import Set
j. Email Notifications
k. Transform Maps
l. Managing MID Tier.
m. Integration of service –now with various third party tools
n. Developing and configuring web services in service-now
6. Configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident and Change
