Job Title : Sr .Net Developer (strong in C#.Net and experience with MVC)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Research, design and develop .NET applications.
Consult with Business Analysts and users in defining system specifications.
Prepare documentation of programs and systems flow charts, narratives, test data, report formats, schedules and job work flow.
Document functional and technical design specifications from user requirements.
Develop, execute and review unit test scripts.
Develops comprehensive test data for systems tests.
Assist in the identification and implementation of developmental improvements.
Coordinate the implementation and deployment of newly developed software.
Analyze and correct problems in existing systems and develops process to correct.
Maintain and enhance existing systems.
Develops procedures for troubleshooting malfunctions in existing systems.
Write, prepare and/or review system, application and user documentation.
Develop and provide management status briefings.
Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, management information systems, business administration, education, communications, graphic arts, mathematics, statistics, geography, or engineering and three years of progressively responsible information systems experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with the following: (not everything is required) Primarily needed a sharp C#.net candidate
Extensive knowledge and actual work experience with .NET Framework, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT and relational databases.
Experience in Object Oriented design and Software Development Life Cycles.
Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of computer programming and systems design.
Knowledge of computer programming languages: C#.NET, SQL, JavaScript.
Knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) software architecture pattern with ASP.NET. (nice to have)
Knowledge of WinForms application development.
Knowledge of mobile application development. (nice to have)
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server).
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in .NET framework. (4.5 is current framework but NOT required for candidates to be considered)
