Job Description:

Required Skill(s)              Solution Architecture, Branding and Thought Leadership
Essential Skill(s)               TIBCO

Solution Architecture

1. Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.
2. Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.
3.Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.
4. Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options
5. Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.
6. Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)

Branding and Thought Leadership
Participate in conferences, blog, publish white papers, conduct PoV sessions for customers

Essential Skill(s)
TIBCO
Should be integration/SOA architect and have proficiency in more than one Tibco products like BE, BW, EMS/RV and IPROCESS. Should be able to understand the impact of dependent technologies and incorporate it in design - Should understand security solutions(in TIBCO context), backend systems, domain flows. Should be able to identify technology/functional on-functional dependencies in an TIBCO implementation and plan fro the same3.Should contribute to technology forums - participate in at least one seminar in speaker slot.
