1. Experience with the full software development lifecycle 2. Have experience on C#, ASP.Net Technologies. Strong C# programming knowledge is must. 3. Experience in working with SQL Server database 4. Experience in TFS usage 5. Experience in working with both Windows and Web based applications. 6. Effort estimation, project management and good negotiation skills 7. Added advantage if knowledge in healthcare/pharma domain 8. Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
