Senior Remedy Developer
Work Location    :    Pleasanton CA
Relevant Experience (Yrs)     :    5+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills     :    - Extensive knowledge in developing applications using Action Request system.
- Extensive knowledge in the following Remedy ITSM Modules.
     * Incident Management
     * Change Management
     * Problem Management
     * Service Request Management
     * Work Order Management
     * Service Level Management
- Excellent working knowledge with Atrium CMDB.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Remedy system environment.
- Good understanding of ITIL Process
- Development of SRD's including Advanced Interface Forms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience Required        5 - 8 Years (5+ years experience in BMC Remedy)
Roles & Responsibilities    :    • Development and customization of various ITSM Modules.
• Enhancements and Bug fixes.
• Production support.
• Remedy system administration
• Maintaining system environment
• Leading the offshore support team

Generic Managerial/Soft Skills   

:    • Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, System Integrators etc
• Familiarity with ITIL Process.
• Familiarity with BMC Mobility and xMatters is a big-plus
Education     :    • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent
