Position: Systems Analyst
Duration: 5 to 6 months
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Requirements:
IT over-all – 8+ years
SQL - 2 - 4 years of experience
Informatica - < 1 year of experience
Data Analysis - 6 + years of experience
Data Lineage Analysis - 1 - 2 years of experience
Data Warehousing - 2 - 4 years of experience
Additional Skills:
· Candidate will be able to work with business and IT partners to research business needs, identify current technical logic, query data bases using complex joins and case statements and analyze results
· Candidate will be researching business needs, determining current state of system and proposing changes in development to meet business needs
· May assist in design
· Familiarity with Informatica a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
· The consultant may be responsible for any of the following tasks, as assigned by the Project Manager
· Leads the identification and analysis of detailed requirements to reflect client needs
· Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs
· Develops use-case models, business analysis and task/workflow analysis
· Creates functional requirements to support solution evaluation
· Assesses and manages changes to documented requirements
· Provides expertise in the development, maintenance and enhancement of processes, standards and methodologies
· Documents requirement specifications according to standard templates.
