Requirement:-Technical Support Engineer
Duration:-12 months
Location:-Redwood , CA

Primary Skills:-

MicroStrategy and Tableau platforms, BI Reporting Environment Backup and Restore processes

 
Detailed JD:
1. Support the MicroStrategy and Tableau platforms.
2. Escalate to development team(s) for functional and procedural changes in the BI reporting process
3. Fix Reports as required
4. Minor enhancements to Reports
5. BI environment administration
6. Maintain (add, delete, modify) BI Reporting Environment Backup and Restore processes
7. Corrective maintenance of BI environment
8. Maintain site logs/ run books
9. Operational communication
